Story:
Sam Childers, a former drug dealer, is a tough guy who found God and became a crusader for hundreds of Sudanese children who have been forced to become soldiers. In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, ordinary child cyclist Sam Childers is released from prison and knows that his wife, Lynn, is no longer a stripper but has taken over Christianity. One night, Sam and his best friend Danny ride a lighthead that threatens Danny with a pocket knife. However, Sam reacts and shifts the table to a stranger. Sam is impressed by the incident and convinces Lynn and his mother, Dizzy, to join his church, and he is baptized. Sam finds a good job in construction. When he meets a preacher from Africa, he decides to visit the continent. Sam travels to northern Uganda and South Sudan many times and creates orphanages for victims of the oppressive Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). In addition, he fights whenever necessary and becomes a legend known as a machine gun preacher.
