Story:
In London, Violent Detective Sergeant Tom Burnett is in trouble and his superiors request a lower profile behavior. When a police killer named Blitz attacks police officers in London, Bryant is assigned to hunt with his chief, homosexual policeman Porter Nash. His investigation shows that the culprit is Heidel Barry Weiss, but police cannot find any evidence against Barry.
